​​​​​​The Director of Government Relations serves as the legislation liaison for the Kentucky Department of Education (KDE), Kentucky Board of Education (KBE), and Education Professional Standards Board (EPSB), representing the agency and boards on legislative matters before the General Assembly, the Governor's Office, and staff or other officials. The non-regulatory guidance posted here is intended to inform school districts and other stakeholders about recently enacted legislation.
