Tejas Basneth Paul Laurence DunbarTejas Basneth, an 11th grader at Paul Laurence Dunbar High School, is a member of the Central Kentucky Leadership Program's Leadership Team; National Honor Band of America; his school's marching band and concert leadership team; and is a section leader/principal player for the Central Kentucky Youth Orchestra Leadership. He has volunteered for recycling drives, environmental awareness campaigns and at local food pantries.

She is the fifth student member in the board's history. Harper was a member of her high school's state champion mock trial team and a Kentucky Governor's Cup participant. |  Graham Borden Highlands High School (Fort Thomas Independent) Graham Borden, a 12th grader at Highlands High School, is part of several clubs including FIRST Robotics, Model United Nations, Korean Club, Spanish Club, Envirothon and Green Club. He is also a member of the Math and Spanish national honor societies. He participates in the Superintendent Student Advisory Council and volunteers with May We Help and the World in Us.

Savannah Brock Kentucky School for the DeafSavannah Brock, an 11th grader at Kentucky School for the Deaf, is the current secretary and former vice president of Jr. NAD (National Association of the Deaf) and is in her second year serving as captain of the KSD volleyball team. She also served as captain of the basketball team, as member of the First Priority Club, and is historian of the KSD FFA. She served as the school media assistant.
|  Delanie Crump Boyd CountyDelanie Crump, a 12th grader at Boyd County High School, is a student leader and advocate with experience in public speaking, policy advocacy and youth organizing. She is interested in advancing public health through legislation and civic engagement. She testified before the Kentucky legislature in support of Senate Bill 100, which was signed into law, and helped lead statewide youth advocacy events.
| Lillian Ruth Darr Muhlenberg County High SchoolLillian Ruth Darr, a 12th grader at Muhlenberg County High School (MCHS), owns and operates her own freezer beef company, where she maintains a herd of 80 cattle along with hay production. She is reporter of the MCHS Chapter of the Future Farmers of America (reporter). She also is a member of the Mustangs Mentor, who befriend and meet weekly with elementary school students. She is the 2026 Class Vice President and the recipient of the Muhlenberg County Board of Education's Citizen Award.

 Vivian Fox Elizabethtown High School (Hardin County)Vivian Fox, a 12th grader at Elizabethtown High School, has served as lieutenant governor for the Kentucky Youth Assembly and is a member of her school's varsity swim team, where she qualified for the state championship and Academic All State. Certified in CPR and first-aid, she has worked as a lifeguard for Elizabethtown Swim and Fitness. She is a volunteer for the Hardin County Special Olympics.
| Manas Garla Western Hills High School (Franklin County)Manas Garla, a 12th grader at Western Hills High School, is an active participant in his school's concert and marching bands, the academic team and science clubs. Garla volunteers at the Frankfort Regional Medical Center and the Kentucky Historical Society.

Patrick Graboviy North Oldham High School (Oldham County)Patrick Graboviy, a 12th grader at North Oldham High School, spends much of his free time helping others. He is a member of the Louisville Ukrainian Task Force, where he organizes rallies, hosts cultural events and raises funds for humanitarian relief. He also assisted refugee families with legal and resettlement resources. He was elected Kentucky YMCA Youth Association student board member. He is a non-voting student board representative on the Oldham County Board of Education and is a U.S. Senate Youth Program Kentucky delegate.

Preston Graham Woodford County High SchoolPreston Graham, a 12th grader at Woodford County High School, served a one-year term as a non-voting Kentucky Board of Education member. He is actively involved in varsity swimming for athletics, volunteers within the community by tutoring students through a local nonprofit and has served in leadership positions within his school as a graduate of the Woodford Leadership Tomorrow program, along with officer positions in several different clubs.

She is a member of her high school's National Honor Society, Student Technology Leadership Program, Educator's Rising, Anti-Bullying Club and the gifted and talented program. She plays varsity soccer for MCHS.
|  Charlie Kinkade Danville High SchoolCharlie Kinkade, an 11th grader at Danville High School (DHS), is the founder/editor-in-chief of “The Kentucky Review of Art" magazine, outreach coordinator for the Kentucky Young Writers Network, and assistant editor of the DHS Crow's Nest newspaper. At DHS, he also is a member of the Forensics Speech and Debate Team, National Honors Society, and is the DHS chapter youth ambassador/president of the Kentucky United Nations Assembly. He is a member of the Art Center of the Bluegrass Youth Advisory Council.

She is a member of the National FFA, National Beta Club (secretary), National Honor Society (secretary) and student council (president). She also is part of Gateway Academy Ambassadors, Kentucky Student Voice and the Mayor's Youth Council. Her volunteer services involve a clothes closet, canned food drive and a local nursing home.

Along with her sister, she started a nonprofit organization, the Giving Tree, in 2018 to support the education and needs of underprivileged children in the local and global community with educational scholarships for students in India, laptops for students in local shelters, and food donations for the food pantry. She is a member of the Cooper Academy of Mathematics and Science, the Student Leadership Council, and the National Honor Society.

In other areas, she also placed first in the state and qualified for the DECA international competition and qualified for the national Lincoln-Douglas Debate. She is involved in speech and drama; Health Occupations Students of America; and Science Olympiad. She volunteers at Saint Elizabeth Hospital.
