Question: How can a board of education legally conduct a meeting when “social distancing” restrictions are in place?
Answer: The Kentucky School Boards Association (KSBA) has provided the link (below) which addresses this matter. KDE legal counsel has determined this information can be applied to Local Planning Committees (LPC’s).

Question: Should a district advertise and bid a capital construction project at this time?
Answer: When a project is advertised for bids is a local decision. We recommend that you make an informed decision in consultation with your design professional and fiscal agent.
