State Performance Plan/Annual Performance Report (SPP/APR) Indicator Desk Reviews
- Indicator 4 measures the significant discrepancy by race/ethnicity in suspension and expulsion.

2026-2027 IDEA Fiscal Monitoring (FM)
FM is a differentiated oversight process developed by the OSEEL to fulfill the general supervision requirements of the IDEA. It is risk-based, using an annual Risk Assessment Tool to identify high-risk districts; cyclical, with yearly monitoring of selected local education agencies; and individualized, involving tailored desk and on-site reviews based on each district’s compliance history and fiscal data.
