Facility Maintenance Worker II - 30024006

Serve as lead worker maintaining the buildings, ground and equipment.

Carry out janitorial duties to maintain the building, including but not limited to classrooms, offices, restrooms, and other adjacent areas.

Perform maintenance duties throughout the center.

Make carpentry repairs to the building and equipment.

Paint surfaces and operate machinery and equipment.

Perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION:

NONE.

One year of building maintenance, grounds maintenance, general trades, skilled trades, or mechanical maintenance experience.

Substitute EDUCATION for EXPERIENCE:

Formal training in one of the above or related fields will substitute for the experience on a year-for-year basis.

Substitute EXPERIENCE for EDUCATION:

NONE.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (AGE, LICENSURE, REGULATION, ETC.):

Must be at least 18 years of age.
