DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain bathrooms, clean fixtures, and keep toiletries supplied.
Clean windows and door glass inside and out.
Wash lockers, walls and fixtures when needed.
Clean and dust furniture, desks, chairs, and tables as needed.
Clean janitor closets and equipment daily.
Scrub, buff and wax floors.
Clean floors by dust mopping and wet mopping as needed.
Vacuum and shampoo carpets and stairs.
Collect and dispose of trash in any area.
Sweep and hose down debris from sidewalks and other areas.

Currently KSB has a vacant Facility Maintenance Worker I, position in the KSB Housekeeping Section. As a Facility Maintenance Worker I, you will perform janitorial duties and custodial duties in the maintenance and cleanliness of work areas and perform other duties as assigned.
