U.S. Senate Youth Program

​​​​U.S. Senate Youth Program

Two student delegates are selected to represent Kentucky during the U.S. Senate Youth Program's (USSYP) Washington Week. Beginning in 2026, delegates also receive a $12,500 college scholarship for undergraduate study from The Hearst Foundations. This program is open to outstanding Kentucky high school juniors and seniors. View the USSYP program brochure for more details and qualifications.​​

​​​​​​​Applications opening in August for the 2026-2027 U.S. Senate Youth Program. Check back for opening and closing dates. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
