​​U.S. Senate Youth Program

Two student delegates are selected to represent Kentucky during the U.S. Senate Youth Program's (USSYP) Washington Week. Delegates also receive a $10,000 college scholarship for undergraduate study from The Hearst Foundations. This program is open to outstanding Kentucky high school juniors and seniors. ​​​​​​​Applications for the 2025-2026 U.S. Senate Youth Program opened Aug. 1, 2025. The deadline to apply is Sept. 29, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. ET. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
