Current Waiver Requests
Waiver requests are made when the state agency or school food authority are seeking a waiver of statutory or regulatory program requirements for the School Meals programs. Proposed wavier requests are required by USDA to be made publically available.
Annual CEP Notification
By May 1st of each school year, state agencies are required by USDA to publish lists of CEP eligible and CEP near-eligible schools on their state agency website.
Administrative Review Summaries
An Administrative Review is a comprehensive evaluation peformed by the state agency at a minimum of once every five years to assess compliance of school food authorities who participate in USDA School Meals programs. State agencies are required by USDA to report the final results to the public.
