The 2006 Edition of Kentucky School Laws Annotated and the 2007 Supplement have been published and distributed in accordance with KRS 156.240. They contain those provisions of the Kentucky Constitution and the Kentucky Revised Statutes pertaining to schools and education. The 2006 Edition contains the new laws enacted by the 2006 Regular Session of the Kentucky General Assembly. In addition, the 2007 Supplement contains the new laws enacted by the 2007 Regular through the Second Extraordinary Sessions of the Kentucky General Assembly.
