SISI Toolkit Submission Process

For New Resources

Submissions for additions to the SISI toolkit can be made at any time. Directions for submitting resources:

1. Download the submission form. Save it to your computer. (Right click on the submission form link, Click on Save Target As, Save it to a location on your computer) Complete it.

2. E-mail the submission form along with your resource to Cathy White in the Office of Leadership and School Improvement. Submissions are due by the third Monday of each month.

3. SISI Toolkit submissions will be reviewed and approvals given on a monthly basis. The review committee will meet on the fourth Monday of every month.

4. Notification of the status of your approval will be emailed upon completion of the review.
