Each year the Kentucky Department of Education (KDE) is required to submit an application to the US Department of Education, Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) to receive federal funds under Part B of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
On this page KDE has posted the final approved application for SY 2010-2011 federal funds under Part B of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act and budget which are available for download and review.
Also on this page please find a draft of Kentucky's SY 2011-2012 application for federal funds under Part B of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act. This application is marked draft pending notification of available funding when a budget component will be added.
