On this page Kentucky's final application for SY 2008-
2009 federal funds under Part B of the Individuals with
Disabilities Education Act and supporting documents are
available for download and review.   These files were
originally posted in draft on March 18, 2008. 

The IDEA State Application is currently available for
comments from the public.  In addition to the final
application for 2008-2009 there is also a copy
of Kentucky's current application originally
submitted Spring, 2007.
