On this page you will find CRITICAL RESOURCES to support the appropriate implementation of the Read to Achieve Grant. This information is for the current school year 2007-2008 and applies to all RTA Schools (Rounds 1, 2, 3, and 4).

In addition, we have added essential TOOLS (e.g., Instructions for EOY Report, Revised RTA Funding Matrices, Assurance Forms, RTA Grant Requirements) to support your efforts in completing and submitting your information to ensure renewal/continuation of your school's RTA grant program for 2008-2009.

RTA BUDGET NEWS...REVISED FUNDING MATRICES -

The RTA Funding Matrices for ALLOWABLE and NONALLOWABLE EXPENDITURES have been revised -MUNIS Codes 0211, 0212, 0213, 0231, and 0232, no longer appear as ALLOWABLE. These codes are now listed on the NON-ALLOWABLE Funding Matrix.

FUNDING MATRIX - ALLOWABLE EXPENDITURES IMPORTANT NOTE: Changes have been made to the RTA Funding Matrix for 2008-2009: The RTA Funding Matrix for ALLOWABLE EXPENDITURES has been REVISED/UPDATED - Some MUNIIS CODES (e.g., 0211, 0212, 0213, 0232) NO LONGER APPEAR and are not ALLOWABLE.

RTA GRANT REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL RTA SCHOOLS (Rounds 1, 2, 3, and 4). Each RTA school should have a copy of the "RTA Grant Requirements" (Non-Negotiable). Beginning with the 2007-2008 school year, the RTA Grant requirements (non-negotiable) for all RTA schools will be exactly the same, regardless of Round.
