The Kentucky Department of Education is committed to helping schools and districts meet the educational needs of all students. Toward that end, the department's Division of Equity provides technical assistance and resources to assess school and district equity needs and develop and implement interventions to promote school improvement and success for all students regardless of race, disability, gender, national origin, or socioeconomic status.
