2003 No Child Left Behind (NCLB) Interpretive Guide

The No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 (NCLB) was signed into law in January 2002. The 2003 NCLB Interpretative Guide is designed to introduce key components of NCLB and to explain how they impact Kentucky. The Interpretive Guide describes each unique page of the NCLB reports in detail, including sample pages of the report released in October 2003 to schools and districts.
