The STI Health Standards Document and the Infinite Campus Health Standards Documents are guidelines to follow when entering the student health information for
Immunizations Initial Entry and 6th Grade Physical Exam Vision Exam Health Screenings: hearing, vision and scoliosis Health Conditions (a health service for the student that is necessary to be performed during the school day) Health Alert (the health service that would be an emergency action if a life-threatening event occurred)
Health Service Data will be reported to KDE by May 30 of the current school year.
