The U.S. Department of Education requires the Kentucky Department of Education (KDE) to calculate and approve local education agencies indirect cost rates, both restricted and unrestricted, on an annual basis.
The link below provides the documentation supporting the indirect cost calculations. These rates have been certified by KDE.
