Pupil Attendance Manual
The Pupil Attendance Manual is a narrative interpretation of the Statutes and Regulations that affect the attendance of pupils in local school districts. Please note that a page has been provided to replace page 27 in the 2007-2008 Pupil Attendance Manual.

Student Dropout Questionnaire
All students that drop out of school must complete the Student Dropout Questionnaire documenting their reason for leaving school. School guidance counselors will complete this questionnaire at the one (1) hour counseling session with students and parents prior to dropping out. This questionnaire should be retained in the student's permanent file.
