Building assessments explain the relative building conditions for each facility using the following descriptors:
Category 1 - Excellent (new, generally less than 10 years)
Category 2 - Better (generally 10-20 years old)
Category 3 - Good/Average (20-30 years old)
Category 4 - Fair/Poor (30-40 years old, needs renovation or replacement)
Category 5 - Poor (older than 40 years old, needs renovation or replacement)
