Establishing a New Chapter

Last Updated on Friday, October 02, 2009 at 5:03 AM

The Kentucky Department of Education promotes the establishment of new Future Educators Association clubs in the state by providing the $35 charter membership fee for any middle or high school wishing to start this program.  The annual fee to maintain the chapter is $35, which is paid by the local club. Schools wishing to establish a local chapter should contact the Division of Educator Quality and Diversity

FEA is the only national pre-collegiate program for middle and high school students interested in exploring careers in education.  The administrative office of the national organization is located at Phi Delta Kappa International in Bloomington, Indiana. For more information on the national Future Educators Association visit the Phi Delta Kappa website.
