This page contains information on how to request data of a general nature from the Department of Education.  Contained on this page are the instructions on how to request a number for a new school and requirements for requesting a location number from the Department.  Also, information about updating school district staff information.

Districts and Schools Staff Role Change Request

KDE maintains school district's staff information in order to grant necessary access to the different web applications used by the school districts, as well as publishing respective contacts in different reports and distrubution lists.  Changes in school district's staff roles should be submitted to the respective district Web Application Administrator Point of Contact (WAAPOC).  Failing to update your staff roles may impact different areas, such as, staff not having proper access to KDE Web applications, wrong contact listing disclosed on KSLDS as well as in report cards, etc.

Front Door Project
