Request for SBDM Information
As we enter into the beginning of a new school year, many educational leaders either retire or assume new positions within the district or in other school districts. The Kentucky Department of Education (KDE), Division of Consolidated Plans & Audits, would like to stay abreast of any personnel changes that may have transpired for the 2011-2012 school year concerning School-Based Decision Making (SBDM). In the next few weeks, KDE will release important information concerning SBDM. Please provide us with the following information so your district will remain current with SBDM information. Once we receive your district’s contact information, we will enter the data into our database and therefore, will be able to provide this information to the correct district representative.
