To calculate school cost - divide each school's (unit) Total Expenses in YTD Expended column by the ADA of the school. For FRYSCs not assigned the school unit number, the FRYSC expenditures can be included in the school report card by adding the expenditures for the FRYSC unit to the expenditures for the school unit.

To calculate district cost - divide the Grand Total on the bottom of the last page under the YTD Expended column by the ADA of the district.
